What is "Youth Rugby?"

Youth Rugby, for youngsters 7 to 14, both boys and girls, is an opportunity to learn and play the game. It is a development process that goes from "flag" seven-a-side rugby up to 15-a-side full contact rugby.  It's FUN! Rugby at any level requires lots of energy. Players have to think on their feet in a game that doesn't stop for time outs or breaks in play. A player can pick up the ball, pass it, run with it. Rugby is a fast paced, safe, and fun way to improve in any athletic skill.

Why play "Youth Rugby?"

Youth rugby develops self confidence and camaraderie in an action-filled game that promotes personal achievement and group success. Sportsmanship is embraced and expected by the sport worldwide. And, did we mention, rugby's FUN?

Who can play?

Please read to understand the changes made in the presentation of the photos on this site.

Rather than use a “normal” table with little thumbnails linking or pointing to the larger photo, I have begun to use a specific software package that allows you, the viewer, to do whatever you want with all the photos.

“All you want” includes downloading the show to your own browser for enjoying again, downloading the individual photos to your desktop, sending the entire package to someone else using e-mail, posting a hyperlink to “Social”pages such as “Facebook,” My Space,” etc., downloading the show as a video clip (mpeg 4/h.264) to make your own VCD or DVD and ordering a DVD of the show from the supplier. There may even be other ways of using the show that I haven’t uncovered yet.

Incidentally, the “rights” for the music are covered with the acquisition of the software so go ahead and load the musical portion of show onto your Ipod and worry not.

There are links for you to try out the software, as well.

Enjoy.
